HELLO, THERE.
I AM ANTONIS.
I WRITE CODE, CRAFT COPY, AND DEVELOP SCREENPLAYS FOR TV AND CINEMA. I ALSO WORK AS A GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND WEB DEVELOPER. OUTSIDE OF WORK, I ENJOY CLIMBING ROCKS AND LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS AT THE GYM.
1. PROFILE.
I am a screenwriter and graphic designer based in Athens, GR whose practice moves fluidly between narrative construction and visual communication combined with Python and JavaScript. My work operates at the intersection of storytelling, design systems, and contemporary aesthetics. Rather than separating writing from design, I approach both as parallel narrative structures — one verbal, one visual. Educated in Graphic Design at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens and later in Screenwriting at MET Film School of London, I have developed a dual foundation: structural thinking through design, and dramatic architecture through cinematic storytelling. This hybrid formation continues to define my methodology. I have worked professionally in television writing and visual communication, developing scripts, concepts, and design identities that prioritize clarity of voice and conceptual integrity.
2. PHILOSOPHY AND APPROACH.
I am particularly drawn to modern aesthetics: minimalism, contrast, disciplined composition, and controlled visual rhythm. In both writing and design projects, I seek reduction without loss of intensity. The goal is not excess, but precision. Narrative, in my work, becomes a design problem. Structure, tone, character arcs, and visual identity are treated as components of a unified architecture. Every project begins with research and conceptual framing before moving toward execution. The emphasis is on coherence — each element must justify its presence within the whole. For me, design is not decoration and storytelling is not mere entertainment; both are systems of meaning. My central interest lies in constructing narratives that merge visual logic with emotional depth — where typography, composition, pacing, silence, and dialogue function as interconnected layers of the same structure.
3. SUBJECT MATTER AND CREATIVE INTERESTS.
I am interested in contemporary themes that explore identity, power structures, moral ambiguity, and cultural memory. My writing always blends realism with heightened tonal elements, examining how individuals navigate social systems and personal contradictions. Visually, I gravitate toward clean geometries, monochromatic palettes, typographic clarity, and restrained compositions. This modern sensibility extends into his narrative voice: sharp dialogue, structural discipline, and thematic focus. He is drawn to projects that allow storytelling and design to inform one another — television series, film treatments, conceptual branding, and narrative-driven visual identities. Across mediums, his work seeks to balance emotional resonance with conceptual rigor.
4. EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL FORMATION.
Antonis studied Graphic Design at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens, where he developed expertise in visual systems, typography, branding strategy, and communication theory. This training established his understanding of structure, hierarchy, and the mechanics of visual storytelling. He later completed studies in Screenwriting at MET Film School of London, focusing on dramatic structure, character development, cinematic language, and long-form storytelling. This experience refined his narrative craft and expanded his understanding of global contemporary cinema. The combination of design education and formal screenwriting training forms the foundation of his interdisciplinary practice — a practice grounded in structure, guided by aesthetics, and driven by narrative intent.
